A modern business hotel with comfortable rooms. Located a few hundred metres from the start of Vidin's pedestrianised areas.

Staff speak limited English, and even seemed a bit uncomfortable and unsure dealing with overseas visitors. I saw no other guests at all during a two-day stay, which was strange. I didn't like the attitude of the staff or general vibe of the city's supposedly premier hotel - the Anna Kristina - so in a city by the Danube that strangely doesn't seem that prepared for international visitors, this hotel should be considered.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the river and city center, making it a great option for those who want to be in direct touch with nature. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and some offer great views of the river. the friendly staff is always ready to help and the breakfast is satisfying.

The price/quality ratio could be better, according to some reviews.

Cook boiled potatoes not fried. Take it or leave it attitude. Other service staff willing to help. Problem in communications due to limited language skills (we can get by in 4 langages - none of which they could understand)

Great location and value for money. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our room.

Limited English-speaking staff made communication challenging at times. We also had difficulty paying with a credit card and had to use cash.

The hotel provided great value for our Easter trip. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the clean room. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to nearby restaurants and attractions, such as the river and the castle. We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more pleasant.

There were some minor issues we found during our stay. The air conditioning unit in our room was difficult to operate and adjust.
